First off, know I am not the same guy you dated. Since you, I have learned how to be a man and treat a girl right. You taught me that who I was would never survive a relationship. I am sorry. The jerk you dated is long gone. As I sit and remember those days I put you on the side when other girls tried talking to me, and how I put all my sports before you. You understood the sports part to a certain extent, but I never saw how big of a fan you were to me. You were my number one fan. Always there wearing my jersey, face painted with my number, cheering for me, and yelling at the refs when you knew they were calling the wrong calls. When games came to a disappointment, you told me that I played my heart out and I would kill them next time. You never gave up on me, ever. I pushed you away, but you came back and told me that you love me so much that whatever I did would never be strong enough to keep you away. You lived up to your word and stayed by me. I love you for that. As each day passed, I knew that you would one day fade and when I finally realized it, you were gone. You found a guy who is treating you right and making sure you come first. It kills me inside so bad up to this day, because I want to be that guy. I want to be the one telling you secrets, hugging, kissing and making love with you. I know I will never get to tell you this, but I am so sorry. You were the only girl I ever loved. Head up and keep that smile on. I miss you. You are beautiful. Have a great life.
